OUR NORTH DOWNS 30K NEEDS YOUR HELP,: 20th June 2010.

 

Our Top rated North Downs race is less than a month away on the 20th June 2010.  A race worth considering to run if you have got the strength in your legs after the Marathon or races you may have run,  If you can’t run it, can you help out with marshalling.  Let Allan Giles know if you can.

KENT GRAND PRIX- opento members of Kent Clubs, who have registered at the beginning of the year,. Individuals may also enter if not a member of a Kent Club,.Points accumulated at each race meeting for top 6 men and 4 top women in each club, (down to position 100) Team Championship based on all 10 races. Individual Championships in categories M - M60 and F - F55,. based upon best of 6 of 10 races,.
